Council of Peers

Following the death of Contessa Elone and lack of any heir, Lord Terard Duncombe declared himself Regent of the County of Urnst.

Lord Terard Duncombe and the Council of Lords clashed over how the succession would be decided. With his victory at the Second Battle of Radigast City, Lord Terard Duncombe imposed his will upon the County.

Lord Terard Duncombe declare that a Council formed of all the nobles of the Realm would gather and select the new Count.

The Council was held in Charn.

Coronation

After the voting and deliberation, Rachel Duncombe was chosen and crowned as Countess to the acclamations of the assembled crowd.
