Son of former Lord Chancelor Marcus and Seylia Alan Dane, Lord Darius is a man in his 30s who took the mantle of Lord Chancelor when his father returned ill.
Lord Darius was the only member of the Council of Lords present at the time of the Contessa's death AND the only one who attended her meeting with the ambassador of clan Mithraldeath. Lord Dane has since become the leader of the council and the most vocal opponent to Lord Duncombe self-proclaimed Regency.
Lord Darius is very business-like and a politician. He harbors a grudge with Jacobis Underley because the Lord Mage's manipulation made his father mad and sick.
Lord Darius belongs to House Dane.
